The course is based on the Unit Award Scheme. Year 10 students will complete units on the American West, including "Lifestyles of the Plains Indians" and "Homesteaders".
In Year 11 the focus is on Medical History. Students who complete the course early will also complete stand alone units within the same subject topics.
The course will take place in Springwell Dene and would suit anyone with an interest in the past and perhaps looking to take the subject further at college.
